Every Dad Deserves a Chance to Lead
In Arkansas, high divorce rates, incarceration, and economic hardship leave dads disconnected from their children and communities. Yet a present, healthy father is one of the most impactful factors in shaping the future of Arkansas children.
Through generous donors and grant providers, Every Arkansan Dads is able to offer you a free, program that helps fathers build the skills to show up in ways they may have never seen in their own lives. Through evidence-based workshops, one-on-one case management, and real community support, we walk alongside you to lead your family with confidence.
What You’ll Learn

Responsible Parenting
When a father is prepared to parent, everyone benefits. During this course. Powered by 24:7 Dad Curriculum, you’ll learn child development, positive discipline, emotional regulation, and how to build deeper bonds with your children — whether they live under the same roof or not.
Healthy Relationships
You’ll also learn healthy communication, conflict resolution, co-parenting, and the foundations of healthy marriage. With the support of our case managers, we’ll help you apply these skills in their real-life relationships and partnerships
Economic Stability
In the last class of the program, you will also dive into the money skills you need to succeed economically, including Money Smart curriculum, job coaching, and workforce partnerships. These skills provide the confidence to provide for your children!
Every Dad Needs This
“I’ve gotten a lot of different things wrong in my life, and I just want to get this right. I learned that you can ask uncomfortable questions and that every step can be walked through with someone by your side. ”
